This summer I did community volunteering work at a children's center and also at my moms job. To graduate out of high school I need a minimum of 36 hours so I'm happy I have that out of the way. I couldn't go anywhere over this summer. All my focuses were on my books. I read a total of four books this summer, studied my biology and other subjects I know I have to take this year. Its a good thing that I studied a lot this summer but I still young and I didn't get to enjoy it at all. This summer is one that I won't forget because reality finally caught-up with me. It all started with my parents getting to see my report card and been informed that I failed about 5 classes out of 7 last year and failed the 11th grade. In order to graduate I have to pass all my 7 classes and take an extra night school course. I'm now playing catch-up for my goofing off last year.
I was a  Non-Blonde Cheerleader

This was a very funny book. I recommend it to anyone interested in evil cheerleaders, prank wars and High school in general.

The First Part Last

I also recommend this book because it can help young men going through the situation of having a pregnant girlfriend or just having a kid at a young age. It shines a light at the bond between a young father and his daughter whether he wants her or not.

Gathering of old Men

A Gathering of old men is a don't judge a book by its cover type of story. By looking at the title and the cover it looks mighty boring but after reading it, it got more interesting and the book deals with old men standing up for themselves and their race, whether its too late or not.
