José Antonio Domínguez Banderas better known as Antonio Baderas was born on August 10, 1960 in Málaga, Spain. He was born to a school teacher mother and a police officer father. His acting career began at the age of 19 in Spain. If it wasn't for a broken foot at 14, Banderas could well be one of the best soccer player players now. Banderas has appeared  in some big name movies like The legend of Zorro, Spy Kids (the trilogy), Desperado, Shrek The Third, Assassins, just to name a few. Antonio Banderas has established himself as an internationally known Latin heartthrob with charismatic looks, was chosen as one of the 50 most beautiful people in the world by the People magazine, he has won numerous awards and nominations for his works in film. Since 1996 Banderas has been married to American actress Melanie Griffith and the couple has one daughter. Apart from his acting career, Banderas has been a passionate soccer fan and a staunch supporter of the Real Madrid Football Club. He shares time between his two residencies, one is in the United States, and one in the South of Spain.
