Wilmer Valderrama was born in Miami, Florida on January 30th, 1980 to Sobeida
and Balvino Valderrama. His mother is Columbian and his father is
Venezuelan. His family, including his two sisters, Marilyn and Stephanie,
and his brother, Christian, moved to Venezuela when he was three years old and
then to Los Angeles when he was thirteen. Valderrama got his start in
acting by performing many plays. He made his professional debut in a
Spanish-language Pacific Bell commercial. He got an agent and immediately
was cast in the CBS miniseries Four Corners and in Omba Makamba on
the Disney Channel. Valderamma made his big screen debut starring opposite
Freddy Prinze Jr., Brittany Murphy, and Jessica Biel in the film Summer's Catch.
He starred in That '70s Show, playing the role of Fez from
1998-2006. He also launched his own men's fashion label called "Calavena."
Valderrama made an appearance in Paula DeAnda's music video "Easy," as well as
Columbian Singer Fanny Lu's "Tu No Eres Para Mi." He is currently working
on a new sitcom, Earth to Pablo, which he created for Nickelodeon.
