- The one good thing about that snow
was that families had more time to spend with each other. Families
gathered in the snow and made snow angels, snowmen, and even played
snowball fights. the most special thing about it was that parents
could watch their children have fun, and I believe that's a very
great way to enjoy snow.

- The blizzard began on February 25th
and lasted until February 27th. Many people did not believe that
such blizzard would really occur, until it hit us hard. The two day
non-stop snow left about 30 or more inches of snow on the ground
making it hard for some people to go to work, or for some people to
leave work.

- Though it was bad enough that the
snow would never allow people to go to work, or even allow some
people to go to work, the very worst thing about the blizzard was
the conditions it left everything in. At first when the snow fell
everyone expected just about 7-12 inches. No one had believed what
the newscasters were saying. They predicted about 20-40 inches of
snow when it all accumulated. Everyone was proved wrong. When the
snow accumulated, you could see cars in the streets covered, and the
ones that were moving were kept at low speeds. There were barely
people in the streets. As a matter of fact, you could barely see the
streets. The snow covered everything. making it hard for people to
even walk outside.
