| Lonnie Johnson first named the Super Soaker the "Power Drencher." He was an Aerospace Engineer from Los Angeles. In 1982, Lonnie did not mean to invent the super soaker but was playing around with his sink nozzle and a shot of water sprayed out. Thus the Super soaker was born. |
